25 tunnels in eleven European countries were audited by the recent “Euro Test” – an international tunnel test framework under the roof of AIT&FIA (Alliance Internationale de Tourisme & Fédération Internationale de l´Automobile). Altogether there was three times best score, which beside the Weserauentunnel also the Spanish tunnel Somport, a border tunnel between Zaragoza in Spain and Pau in France, and the tunnel Pomy close to Yverdon in Switzerland could obtain.
