In September 14.-16. 2004 the Communication Systems Department at the University Duisburg-Essen is promoting and organizing the 13th International Conference on Automatic Fire Detection (AUBE’04) in Duisburg, Germany in co-operation with EUSAS, VdS, vfdb, NIST and AWT. LIOS Technology presents at this conference its new fibre optic radar fire detection system for thermal overloading of cables, which ensures detection in the first phase of initial damage prior or during the early pyrolysis phase.
