An OTS System was specially developed to meet the requirements of the foundry industry with its typically harsh conditions. Even under these difficult conditions, the LIOS OTS system provides outstanding features that allow the operator to have full control of the procedure, and for the plant to operate safely during the melting process. Ultrahigh spatial resolution and outstanding temperature accuracy provide the precise location of defects and progressing wear of the refractory lining.

 The OTS Controller’s embedded multiplexing capability allows it to control up to four induction furnaces simultaneously, saving money and reducing maintenance.
