Features

• Fibre contains no electronics and is therefore immune to electromagnetic interferences of all kinds.
• Sensor cable is very robust (expected service life according standard communication cable) and is resistant to ambient environmental influences such as temperature, pressure and humidity, as well as dirt and exhaust fumes that may contain considerable quantities of corrosive material.
• The mounting of the sensor cable is as easy as its maintenance. Broken or defective cables can be field spliced exactly like optical telephone lines are routinely repaired.
• Sensor cable can be cut to any required length up to 4 kilometers without restriction, or can be supplied tailored to required lengths for each individual project.
